Overview
As the Director of Revenue Operations, you will oversee the strategy, systems, and insights that drive Apollo’s go-to-market engine. You will be responsible for everything from forecasting and reporting to territory design and compensation planning, playing a vital role in expanding our revenue growth.
What you'll do
Own and deliver reporting, forecasting, and KPI tracking that powers strategic decision-making across our revenue organization.
Partner with Sales, Finance, and GTM leadership to run weekly forecasts, monthly performance reviews, and quarterly planning.
Design and launch signal-based territory and account planning to drive coverage and productivity.
Optimize and scale our GTM tech stack to ensure cross-functional alignment and efficiency.
Build and roll out compensation plans aligned with our land-and-expand growth strategy.
Hire and lead a small but mighty RevOps team to support Apollo’s next stage of growth.
Who you are
You are a strategic operator who thrives at the intersection of data, systems, and GTM execution.
You balance executive-level strategic insight with the ability to dive deep into process and systems design.
You know how to lead through influence, align cross-functional teams, and turn data into actionable strategies that accelerate growth.
Minimum requirements
8–10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, with proven leadership at the Director level or equivalent.
Demonstrated success improving revenue forecasting accuracy, pipeline health tracking, and GTM reporting in a scaling organization.
Deep expertise with Salesforce and modern, AI native GTM tools
Strong analytical background with the ability to translate data into insights and executive-level recommendations.
Proven experience partnering with CROs, CFOs, and GTM leaders to operationalize growth strategies.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience building and scaling RevOps or Sales Ops teams.
Nice to have
Experience building and rolling out compensation plans in SaaS sales organizations.
Prior ownership of territory and account segmentation using advanced signals and data models.
Experience working in the API and/or middleware space

The posted salary range includes base salary. Apollo also offers equity and benefits. Apollo offers all U.S. employees a choice of 3 Anthem Blue Cross medical plans and California residents can also choose from an additional 2 Kaiser medical plans. Dental and Vision benefits are provided by Sun Life Financial.
Location: This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere in the US or Canada.

Salary range
$195.5K – $230K USD
